We highly recommend him for both  major IT isssues, loss of data, down to small 'work smarter, storage issues'. He can work remotely sharing your screen (which is a Godsend), or in person. Various attenpts to resolve it with Intel support were unsuccessful - dropped it off to John and he had it all sorted within 48 hours. He was incredibly accommodating, and more than happy to help share knowledge, so I could perform this particular job myself in the future. He said he was pleased to see someone was interested in the trade! Such a refreshing attitude after being bluntly turned away by other repair providers in the area.
